Due to the intimate nature of our fashion items, products must have all original tags attached and remain in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or RA number inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
